I’ve been trying to import a template kit from this plugin, but I keep encountering errors. I’ve tested several templates, and the same issue persists each time.

I’ve already checked my site health and addressed some of the issues, including updating the PHP version. My site health status is now marked as “Good,” with only two recommended improvements remaining: removing inactive plugins and enabling a persistent object cache.

The reason I currently have multiple inactive plugins is that I temporarily deactivate all other plugins—except Elementor and Royal Elementor Addons—based on the prompt that appears when attempting to import a template kit. Additionally, I need to keep my caching plugin active to resolve a critical cache-related issue.

At this point, I’m unsure how to proceed. Is there another way to fix this issue without deleting my plugins? I’ve already invested a significant amount of time setting them up.

    Hi,

I am trying to import a template kit (Church v1) using Royal Elementor Addons, but I keep getting the error:

    Import file download failed

I have already checked the following:

    • Template preview loads correctly in browser
    • Hosting provider confirmed outbound requests are not blocked
    • cURL, OpenSSL and PHP limits are properly configured
    • ModSecurity has been disabled temporarily

The issue only occurs when the server tries to download the import file internally.

    Server IP: 162.213.255.38

Could you please check if this IP is being restricted or if there is any issue with the template import system?

Also, if possible, please provide a manual template kit file (ZIP/JSON) so I can import it directly.

    Thank you.
