This issue typically results from overzealous caching. The fix for this is to exclude certain pages on your site from caching through both your hosting provider and any third-party caching plugins.
The pages that you are going to want to have excluded are the Donation Confirmation and Donation History pages.
You may need to get in touch with your hosting provider if there aren’t any tools available to you to configure these settings yourself.
Once you’ve configured the exclusions be sure to clear all the cache in your site before attempting another test donation, and you should be all good to go. Have a great rest of your day!

I’ve checked my site and apparently I’m not caching your pages. Still getting the same error when i try to do a donation, even more I’m getting another error type when I try to use Stripe(free) checkout payments gateway, on my console i got this error:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'value' of null
at give-stripe-checkout.js?ver=2.5.9:1
at NodeList.forEach (<anonymous>)
at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (give-stripe-checkout.js?ver=2.5.9:1)
