Error for attachments by iOS Safari

By choosing the "Custom Photo" field and
trying to attach a file through Safari on iPhone it doesn't work but on any other browser or system it works normally.

Ao escolher o campo “Foto Personalizada” e
tentar anexar um arquivo pelo Safari no iPhone o mesmo não funciona porém em qualquer outro navegador ou sistema funciona normalmente.
