Hi.
This problem seem to persist for last week or so.
All my wp sites were set up for automatic updates of wp and plugins.
Now these settings do not work.
When I go to wordpress.com as suggestes by JetPack and wanna manage settings for each site I have, each site is marked red and there is a message “This site cannot be accessed” and “error fetching plugins”.

All my websites are up to date – the newest WP 4.4
newest JetPack etc.

What could cause this problem?

Jetpack uses your site’s XML-RPC file to communicate with WordPress.com. Unfortunately I cannot access that file on your site at the moment:
http://www.tarotacademy.org/xmlrpc.php

If you use a security plugin to block access to the file, you’ll need to configure it to allow incoming and outgoing connections to /xmlrpc.php.

If you do not use such plugin, you’ll want to contact your hosting provider and ask them if they currently block access to your site’s XML-RPC file.
