Error establishing a database connection – hmmm

    Hello
    My website has been set up for about a week – http://www.photography1803.co.uk – with no issues. I have made no changes today apart from changing a few spelling errors on the page. And now I get the following message “Error establishing a database connection”…. my host server appears to be fine as my other site http://www.1803photography.co.uk works a treat.
    The weird thing is, this is intermittent…. Have I lost the plot?!

    If it’s intermittent that means that the server is over-loaded and isn’t handling the load placed on it, and that creates issues with the hosting part connecting to the database part. This is something that you need ot talk to your hosting company about, mainly because they need to know that the server is falling over so that they can look at ways to fix it.
