How long error exist? When was you changing something on website?
There are only a few possibilities:
1. Your mysql server is down. Can you access it via phpmyadmin through your hosting control panel?
2. If the database is up, then you have an incorrect value in one of the DB_ defines in wp-config.php. Verify the database name, user, password, and host. If you don’t know what these values should be, contact your host.
If the site used to work and now doesn’t, either someone changed something (in wp-config.php or at the database level) or the mysql server is down.
As far as I know, it’s hosted on wordpress itself.
I’m not able to get to the admin dashboard on ‘http://machelen-minotaurs.be/wp-admin/’.
I’ve also tried login in through ‘http://machelen-minotaurs.be/wp-login.php’ but that gives me the same error as described in the opening post.
The latest recording I have of it having worked is 4th of February as it send me a ‘Wordfence Alert’ that day.
After that I haven’t received any more of those emails.
To be honest, I’m also not sure when it stopped working as I only tried accessing it again last weekend.
Your site is not hosted by wordpress. You need to contact your host.
