    I have been getting this error when I go to my website/blog:

    Error establishing a database connection

    I contacted my host and they recovered the database. They told me to do the following but I have NO IDEA how to go about doing this:

    We have recovered the database. It is stored in your hosting account under www/d60664170.20100504113357.sql . Please restore this database into a new database, then point WordPress to this new database.

    How do you restore this database into a new database and point WordPress to this new database? Its all very foreign to me!

    Help is VERY APPRECIATED!!!
