    I am a user of TotalPoll and I am currently experiencing a critical issue.

    Problem: When I try to access the “Dashboard,” “Support,” or “Upgrade” pages within the TotalPoll plugin on my WordPress site, I get the following error: “Error establishing a database connection”

    Current Situation:

    • The rest of my WordPress site (posts, pages, and other plugin settings) is working normally. The error only appears on specific TotalPoll admin pages.
    • I have already tried disabling my security plugin (“IP2Location Country Blocker”) to see if it was causing a conflict, but the error persists.

      Could you please investigate why these specific pages are failing to connect to the database? I look forward to hearing from you.
