    I want to import demo data of Palmeria theme but getting the error 503. I have delete the theme and database and re-installed the theme again but it is not working. Facing the same error 503 when try to import demo data

    Hi,

    please enable the WP error logs. Info on how to do that can be found in this tutorial.

    After you enable it, please run the import with our plugin again. Then check the .../wp-content/debug.log file on your server for any error messages that might be logged due to the import failure.

    Also, contact your theme author and ask about this issue, maybe they know what is causing it. Other theme users might already report this issue to them.
