We have successfully connected to our Zoom account via the API and found our list of recordings from March. Those recordings are publicly visible, with no password required.

However, when I copy a Meeting ID into several different shortcakes, I get errors.

    [zoom_join_via_browser meeting_id=“XXXXXXX” login_required=”no” help=”yes” title=”Test” height=”500px” disable_countdown=”yes” webinar=”yes”]

Error: Meeting XXXXXXX is not found or has expired.

    [zoom_api_link meeting_id=”XXXXXXX” link_only=”no”]

Error: Meeting does not exist: XXXXXXX.

However, the meeting is included in the recordings list and is visible to the public.

    Hi @jcollier

In the recordings list – Even if the meeting is deleted, if there exists a recording then it is shown.

In your case, the meeting ID or webinar ID you are trying to fetch must have been already deleted because of which meeting cannot be fetched. Please verify that.
