    I’m really sorry to hear you’re running into that known issue with the setup wizard—specifically the JavaScript error where .filter is being called on an undefined variable. That can definitely be frustrating.

    Looking at this related GitHub report: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/51737, It seems like a few users ran into similar issues, and in some cases, it was caused by a custom function in the functions.php file or something in the active theme. Others were able to fix it simply by doing a hard browser refresh using Shift + Refresh.
