Error Connecting to Outlook Account

I have attempted to use the correct login and password several times and I keep getting this error. The password is correct and the two factor authentication is correct. The site is a business site (I will not share the URL unless it’s completely private) so we need to resolve this as soon as possible. At the moment this busy site is no longer sending Email from contact forms because of this issue.

The following error occurred during authentication:
Invalid state.
