When trying to connect the plugin with Facebook, I’m getting feedback “Someting went wrong when connecting to facebook!”

We have updated the plugin version to the latest, but it still has a problem.

As a next step, I recommend you reach out to the Facebook Business support at Facebook, via the Contact support link for further support on this.

You may clarify, that we recommended reaching out to them on this.

We are getting in touch, but the question remained, as can be seen in the print, Facebook redirects to WooCommerce instead of my website, is that right?

Yes, that is the expected behavior of the error message.

Thank you very much for your support. We set up double authentication on Facebook and the connection took place correctly. We are still waiting for answers from them, but that solved our problem.
