Error Code 404

I am a WordPress Newbie (5 months)and need some help. Looked at the forums for this same problem, but I am not sure I understand how to correct this. At my site http://www.lakeshorehumanesociety.org I have an ADOPT A PET drop down menu. If you go to ADOPT A PET you will see I have
Latest Cat Adoptions and Latest Dog Adoptions. They are links, but I can’t figure out how to connect it to a page that I want to create to show what recent pet adoptions we have had. I have a picture of an individual holding their dog and I would like to have a page set up where people can see this picture. I thought it would be great to have future adoptions on the same page, but I just can’t quite figure out how to connect those links to a page. Hopefully, this makes sense to someone.
