• Hi, I’m in trouble with the Woocommerce Checkout page.

The plugin doesn’t show the correct delivery price if the user doesn’t change or pick again the CAP filed.

I try to explane the issue.

Filling the checkout fields, in this order, CAP – CITY – PROVINCIA (STATE), the shipping costs are not in, but if i’ll update again the CAP field, the shipping cost appears!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello there!

    Thanks for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand you facing issue with Shipping Costs on your checkout page.

To help you further, I’d like to review your site’s System Status Report.
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com
After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

Looking forward to your response. 🙂

    Best.

    Hello ilgrasso

    Thank you for your reply.

Upon visiting your site and conducting a test checkout, I filled out an address from France, and I was able to see a delivery price of 80,00€ as the shipping cost associated with the CAP entered.

I then proceeded to change the CAP, CITY, and PROVINCIA fields to a different one but found that the shipping cost displayed remained consistent at 80,00€.

Could you please share with me the exact address details you used when you noticed the issue? Having the specific address information will be helpful for me to recreate the issue and understand what might be causing it.

Once I can replicate the issue on my end, I’ll be in a much better position to troubleshoot it effectively and work toward a resolution.

Looking forward to your response. 🙂

    Best regards.

    Hi @ilgrasso,

I’ve tested your site’s checkout process, as demonstrated in the video, and I managed to recreate the issue. It seems like it’s related to the site or server cache. Would you mind excluding the checkout page from the cache settings and running a conflict test?

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you do not see the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Additionally, head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
    • Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    • Clear customer sessions -Clear

Next, please update WooCommerce to the latest version, clear your browser cache and try again.

I hope that helps! Let me know once you have done a conflict test!
