    Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the Cloudflare Turnstile integration in AIOS and would like to request an investigation.

    Scenario:

    • WordPress site using
    • AIOS. Cloudflare Turnstile configured with a valid Site Key and Secret Key.
    • The widget displays correctly, and the challenge completes successfully (green checkmark).

    Issues encountered:

    1. WordPress Login Page: Turnstile is visually validated, but the login fails after submitting the form. It returns credential errors, even though the login details are correct.

    2. Contact Forms: On forms from the Contact Form plugin protected by AIOS, the submission fails to complete, and an error message appears indicating a challenge validation failure.

    Troubleshooting steps taken:

    • Full cache clearing.
    • Verifying and recreating the Turnstile keys.
    • Reviewing domain settings in Cloudflare.
    • Checking server rules and the .htaccess file.

As a test, I installed the Simple Cloudflare Turnstile plugin using the exact same Cloudflare keys. With this plugin, both the login page and the contact forms work perfectly, without any validation errors.

This indicates that the communication with Cloudflare is working properly and the keys are valid. Therefore, I suspect there might be an incompatibility or a specific bug within the Turnstile implementation inside AIOS.

My goal is to use AIOS exclusively to centralize the site’s security features, without having to rely on an additional plugin just for Turnstile.

    Hi @william-vinicius

Thank you for reporting this issue.

From the information provided, it appears that the Cloudflare Turnstile when validated on your site’s login page and contact form. It is an issue.

In general, the AIOS Cloudflare Turnstile feature is working correctly on other sites, so we would like to gather some additional information about your setup. Could you please provide a debug report so that we can check which version of WordPress, theme, and plugins are currently in use?

You can share the report via Pastebin and, if you prefer, use the “Burn After Read” option so that the report can only be viewed once.

Please see the screenshot below for reference:

In the meantime, I will create an internal ticket to investigate this issue further and compare our implementation with the Simple Cloudflare Turnstile plugin to identify any differences.

We will get back to you as soon as we have an update.

    Regards
