    This error occurs every day or two. Any ideas what the problem might be ?

    Hi mistyricardo,

    Thanks for reporting this problem. It looks like there is a file missing on your server. The easiest way to fix this would be to delete Advanced Ads and install the plugin again. Afterward, the error should not appear again.

    I would appreciate it if you could feeback the results when you tried that.

    Hi Joachim.

    Thanks for the suggestion. Will all my ad settings be preserved by Deinstalling and reinstalling?

    Hi Richard,

    Thanks for your quick reply. As long as you do not activate the checkbox “Delete data on uninstall” in Advanced Ads > Settings > General (which is disabled by default), you can delete the plugin and install it again and you will keep your ads, groups, placements, and settings.
