  • Hi Dave,

First verify that you are not trying to check out using a discount code for a level that you already have access to.

Make sure that all is set up correctly per my answer to your other thread first – I recommend that you sign up for our documentation – see:

    http://www.paidmembershipspro.com/support/

and just review all of the setup steps.

We’ll also be adding more tutorials and documentation to our new website in the next week, so be sure to subscribe to our blog and sign up.

    Thanks Lisa,

I have no members set up, because of this and my other link back to Levels problem I can’t set any up (ie. Member list is empty) so it can’t be accessing an existing level.

I have viewed the documentation you recommended previously but it didn’t really help with this.

I would love to sign up however this is a non profit site I am writing for free for a local social football club. If this was for profit I would definitely pay as you deserve it. Anyway, I’ll battle on for a while.

    thanks
    Dave

    Dave,

I’ve answered your question about the member levels here:

    http://wordpress.org/support/topic/paypal-button-always-redirects-back-to-membership-levels

So I’m going to close this thread.

You’ll may want to add a few users as subscribers manually and assign them some levels in order to further test this, so you better understand how it works.

Dave, the behavior you’re describing in these two threads sounds to me like it could be a plugin or theme conflict, or maybe a permissions thing on the server. Have you tried disabling all other plugins and trying PMPro on the TwentyEleven theme?

    Thanks Lisa and Essay,

I also believe its a conflict. I hadn’t tried your suggestion but will now.

    thanks

Thanks Essaysnark, I set the Theme to Twenty Eleven and it works fine so it is a conflict with my Theme.
