Error applying discount code [1]

First verify that you are not trying to check out using a discount code for a level that you already have access to.

Make sure that all is set up correctly per my answer to your other thread first – I recommend that you sign up for our documentation – see:

You’ll may want to add a few users as subscribers manually and assign them some levels in order to further test this, so you better understand how it works.
