Error after stating vCard process.

Installed the Contact vCard plugin and then decided it was not exactly what I needed. I uninstalled but it would not go away. Kept saying to deactivate it. I reinstalled thinking that would help and then deactivated. Now I get this error:

and I can’t get to my site admin page now. Any ideas of what I can do to clear this issue?
