• I’ve recently moved a site to a new host and now I get the following errors

Warning: is_dir() [function.is-dir]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/yourmajo/public_html/majorca-blog/wp-includes/functions.php on line 2096

Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/yourmajo/public_html/majorca-blog/wp-includes/functions.php on line 2087

My wordpress blog is in a subdirectory, as before here, yourmajorca.net/majorca-blog/

I’ve looked on the forums and I’ve contacted my host provider and I’ve not found a solution. Any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated.

    Thanks!

  • open_basedir restriction in effect

    It’s a server issue.

My host claim’s there is nothing wrong on the sever side, they say it’s trying to access file(/) and I don’t have permission for this.

    Any other ideas?
