• Hi,
I’ve used the automagic method and the filtering module appears at the top of the my video custom post archive page. I don’t have a specific template for this custom post type, therefore I believe it’s using the basic archive.php. So without the plugin that page just list all of the video posts (CPTs). The filtering module looks good, and the dropdowns seem to be properly populating with the taxonomies. But when I click the “Apply Filter” button, I’m taken to an error page.

Is there another step I must take?

    thanks so much!

    Hi Lisa,

The URLs looks correct. Could you try the following:
    * Check if you’ve set a different rewrite slug for the CPT than the actual post slug. If you have you need to either remove that OR also set the query var to the same slug. Setting the query var wont change anything for you so do not worry.
    * Try to flush the rewrite rules by heading over to settings > permalinks.
