Error adding new petition

    Hello,

    I’m getting an error when clicking “Add New” that gives me a 500 Internal Server Error. When I try clicking “Add New” while logged into the server directly it just gives me a blank page with my sites URL on it.

    Enabling WP’s debug option does not reveal any more error messages.

    WordPress 4.1 (Fresh install)
    Windows Server 2008 R2/IIS
    PHP/FastCGI
