Error Adding a Table

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    This error message is not coming from TablePress, but seems to be coming from a security plugin. Are you using any such plugins?

    Thanks Tobias for your quick response.

    Interestingly, i’m not using any security plugin. However your input helped me to revisit and isolate other plugins i’ve been using. It turns out the plugin GUIForm seems to conflict with table press, when GUIform was deactivated tablepress seems to work fine.

    So now this morphs into another issue, which is to figure out a Form builder plugin that is compatible with Tablepress.

    Hi Ravi,

    nice find! I had a brief look at the GUIForm plugin code and can confirm that the message is coming from there. There error seems to be in the GuiForm_Module_Post class. It seems that the plugin is simply replying to all requests instead of only those that are intended for GUIForm.

    I suggest to keep the plugin deactivated temporarily. You could then also report this to the GUIForm developer, so that they can add a fix in a future version maybe.
