Thanks for reaching out today.
First, you should put a minimum of 1 ounce. That is the lowest weight you can use on eBay. So change it to 1 ounce and try again first.
This error can also be thrown if you don’t provide the right package type. Wherever you are setting your shipping options (listing profile, shipping policy, edit product page) make sure you have set the package type to parcel or package.
If it is set to letter or something else, then the weights are of course too heavy for a “letter”. If you do have “package” or “parcel” set as the package type, then please make sure the unit weight in WC is set to the same unit as the eBay site you are listing to and make sure it is at least 1 ounce or more in weight. If that still does not help, send me a sample SKU, your dashboard URL, and admin login credentials so I can have a look into this further for you.
Note that if you use a shipping policy that will over ride all shipping settings in WP-Lister and the edit product page settings will always over ride the listing profile settings: Listing profile vs edit product page

I see you are using a shipping policy from eBay assigned in the listing profile labelled “SHIPPING – SHIPPING”.
What are the settings you have set for that policy on eBay?
You should also set a “first item cost” and “additional item cost” for the shipping method you set in the domestic shipping settings. eBay wants users to provide a shipping method even if they provide a shipping policy as a fallback option in case anything goes wrong with the shipping policy.

And you tried verifying the listing again on the listings page of WP-Lister and you still receive that same package weight error?
If yes, one other thing to try, browse to the advanced settings page of WP-Lister and set the “Send weight and dimensions” setting to “always send weight …”. Then try verifying again.

Yeah? nothing is working and frankly, WPlister is clumsy. Nothing is working and have spent hours trying to verify one product.
Got to be a better and easier way.
