Hi there,
I tried replicate the same issue in my local installation but plugin worked properly.
What version of WooCommere are you using?
Please, try to deactivate all plugins, leaving only WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Quick View active, and see if the problem is solved. If so, try to activate them again, one by one, to see which one causes the issue.
If the problem isn’t caused by a plugin, try to activate the default theme Twenty Sixteen and see if you have the same issue.
In additional please check your debug.log file and let me know which errors you find inside it.
I tried to deactivate all plugins leaving only Woocommerce and Yith Quick view and i still get the same problem (http error 500). I am using Tunda theme.
Note that this is one of the Tonda’s theme required plugins
Hi there,
have you tried to use the plugin with a default WordPress theme like TwentySixteen?
It’s a good way to know if is your theme to cause the issue.
Maybe your theme is overwriting some template of the plugin causing the issue.
Let me know.
Okay Fixed the issue like this:
- switched theme to the wordpress default
- Went to Yith Quick view settings and checked “Enabled Quick View”
- Switched back to Tonda theme
Now quick view works again
Hi there,
probably some conflict with your theme has generated the issue.
By the way, happy to see that the issue is fixed now.
