Error 500 on some shop page

    Dear team,

    i’m using oceanwp child theme for my site. but when i’m going through shop page on particular one category page then it is throwing error 500. i’ve mentioned link as well in this shop page 3 and 4 is throwing same error. i’ve tried disabling all plugins and everything but it didn’t work.

    Please help with a quick solution.

    Hello,

    Please try to switch to the parent theme and check if it is working with that or not.

    If not resolved by the above, please go to Elementor > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look?

    Thanks @abhikr781 for your reply.

    i’ve tried changing parent theme and reseting permalinks but that didn’t work. But just now i’ve found the issue. it is because of some product images ( of particular category). i’ve just compressed the images and uploaded it again and now everything is working fine.
