Error 500

    Since yesterday I have a problem with my site.
    It gives me this error
    ”

    I contact my hosting, bluehost, they solve it, but after about an hour the same error.

    They tell me this:

    “It appears to be an issue with the script and configuration miss match with the WordPress.

    I suggest you to contact a local web developer and they could check for the scripts and assist you further with this”

    Could you help me?

    After a bit of analysis, when I restore everything, the site is up for 15/20 minutes … then two files are deleted, one is the wp-incluides/embed.php file and the other is the file wp-admin/includes/media.php

    How can I understand why these two files are deleted?
