error 500

Help!!!
I was trying something and changed the name of my blog on the admin page (wp-admin) from http://www.blog.futuremindtraining.co.uk …. to http://www.blog.futuremindtraining.co.uk/articles
I havent changed anything else but itt has come up with error 500 page
Could anybody help please im trying to change it back but cant find how to log in now 🙁
