    Hello rosariopeditto,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand that you’re experiencing slowness and encountering 503 errors in your WP admin dashboard following the latest update and that these issues are not present when the WooCommerce plugin is disabled.

To assist you effectively, I will need to take a closer look at your site’s setup to identify any potential conflicts or issues that may be contributing to this problem.

Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status Report? This report will provide detailed information about your site’s environment, active plugins, theme, server settings, and more, which can all help diagnose the issue.

Here’s how to obtain your System Status Report:
    1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
    2. Navigate to WooCommerce > Status.
    3. Click on ‘Get system report.’
    4. Then, click on ‘Copy for support.’

Once you have copied the report, please paste the text into a new Gist at https://gist.github.com. After you have created the Gist, please paste the link here in your reply.

This information will help us understand what might be causing the slowness and 503 errors. Your cooperation is very much appreciated, and I’m looking forward to your response so we can work towards a resolution.

    Best regards.
