ERROR 404 – PAGE NOT FOUND

I keep getting a error 404 message every time I try to log in to my dashboard.

This happened after I changed my blog url when my wordpress dashboard was up.

So instead of leaving my bolg url as it was – http://tshoaele.com – I tried editing to http://tshoaele.com/amr

How do I fix this?
