My host is asking me if you updated anything related to nginx lately. As it was working well when using on their shared hosting plan, but doesn’t work anymore when using cloud plan. They are mentioning neither the shared nor the hosting plan have nginx configured.
EDIT: weird part is that I am on an Apache server, and it shows a nginx error. Could it be a problem of the plugin thinking the server runs on Apache? (or vice-versa). Wehn checking the Diagnostics comming from Duplicator under the “Tools”, it does state that my server is Apache:

Tried building a package with smaller website, had exactly the same problem.
Host proposed to deactivate varnish, but it can take up to 3 hours so I’ll have to try that out later on.
EDIT: Tried building package while excluding “wp-uploads” folder, DIDN’T HAVE ANY ISSUE. However it used to work pretty fine with packages over 500mo, so I don’t know why it suddenly changed…
Could you confirm the pro version will work perfectly with sizes up to 2Gb ?
Hey Boris,
I’m not 100% sure why you are having issues with the free version. If you want to submit a support ticket I can have a look. The Pro version does have an improved processing engine and support for shell_exec zip which is really fast, it may help on your box, but with so many different types of setups its tough to tell without giving it a try.
Hope that helps~
