Error 404 message | WordPress.org

I am attempting to install WP for a new website, but when I go to http://lacrossemma.com/wp-admin/install.php I keep getting an Error 404 message. I have reviewed everything that I’ve done up to this point, and it does not appear that I’ve left anything out. I’ve even started over a few times.

Any thoughts?

Your whole site is a 404. Are you sure you’re uploading the files to the right place?

Hi, my site is at ClosetDaydreamer.com and I’ve been getting an Error 404 on my main page for several days. It happened all out of a sudden even though I have not posted anything recently.
whenever i try to go to my site, it redirects me to…

http://closetdaydreamer.com/UdKRM/

as you can see, the letters behind are added behind and just keep changing randomly. even with my admin pages, random letters get slotted in when i try to load them, for example,
http://closetdaydreamer.com/LmhmY/wp-admin/widgets.php

i’ve tried updating my theme, playing around with the permalinks, updating wordpress to 3.0, but nothing really changes.

I would really appreciate some help. Thank you in advance!!!
