Why, when I save modification in “other options”, it show me Error 403 screen and it don’t save modification?

@giuseppephotocrust – Can you submit a Bug Report (http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/). Please include log in and FTP credentials for your WordPress installation as well on the Bug Report.
