error 403 –

    dear wordpress-friends,

    i searched, but i couldn’t find an appropriate answer. this is why i post here. i have the following …

    # situation
    – i am new to wordpress, using version 2.2 on julian.mur.at/blog
    – it worked perfectly in the first days
    – since yesterday night i cannot access to my blog any more, i get a 403-error.
    – i still can access to the admin-page, i can post entries, but i can’t see the webpage any more.
    – permission are set on 755…

    -> any ideas / suggestions?

    If it worked perfectly before, and suddenly last night it stopped, what did you do last night? Did you install a plugin? Change your .htaccess file? Things don’t just suddenly stop working for no reason.

    yes, that is true.
    well, i installed a new theme (de-po clean theme) and changed a little bit at the css. but that’s it, as far as i remember.
    no new plugins installed (i had the following plugins installed: flickrRSS, feedburnerstats and snapshots).
    i also did not change the .htaccess file on purpose. i have a previous backup-version of the blog on my harddisc. is it possible only to replace the .htaaccess?
