    Hi,

    Probably there is a rule in the .htaccess or web server preventing the submission of HTML tags. The form builder or the edited email contents may have fragments of HTML or the blocked strings in the .htaccess or web server.

    The solution is to remove that rule from the .htaccess or to contact the hosting service support if the rule is in the web server.

    It appears to be the mod security, have had to turn it off, adding a rule still had the issue for some reason.

    whitelisted the conflicting rules, ok now.
