ERROR 1045 – Access denied

Testing new install of WP Data Access, I get a ERROR 1045 – Access denied for user ‘myusername’@’myserver’ (using password: YES)

We can copy/paste the same user/pass into command line and connect, we are also currently using the same settings in WP DataTables and connect.
