    Hello,

    We recently deactivated all plugins to do some tests. Unfortunately, after having activated the plugins at once, we have got an error message related to BP Better Messages:
    This page isn’t working http://www.Mywebsite.com redirected you too many times.
    Try clearing your cookies.
    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

    We did clear the cookies, the cache. We have tried all the possibilities, but it the result doesn’t change.
    Could you help with that please?

    Hi there!

    I cant even imaging how this plugin can cause this issue!
    I think something is wrong in another place!

    Try to disable other plugins too first.

    Yes, I did that before contacting you.
    Now, I am trying to check the hosting part to see if there is something wrong with the server.
    If I succeed to resolve it, I will let you know.

    The problem was finally resolved by flashing cache memory on the server.
