ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED – Error

Hello,

I have set 2 pages to HTTPS, I also have these in the general settings via HTTPS. However, I get the following message in the Chrome Console

Failed to load resource: net :: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED http://127.0.0.1/.
