ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED Cannot Access Admin

    I originally installed WordPress on my site with http. A bit ago I changed the settings to https (I have an SSL certificate). Then I got an error:
    This site can’t be reached
    goreview.icu unexpectedly closed the connection.
    ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED
    I proceeded to change this in the Softaculous installation setting as well thinking that they needed to be in line but I’m still having the same error. I can access the site but not the admin so I can’t change it back but I shouldn’t have to.
    I am in phpmyadmin to find the table for the setting to possible change it back to http but I am lost what to do now.

    I was able to edit the wpkb_options database and manually change it back to http and now it’s working but why can’t I use https if I have an SSL certificate?
