err on wp install

    Just purchased my first domain YESTERDAY I then tried to install WordPress using their one-click installer.
    I have try for WordPress version 3.8.1, Then I click “Check Domain”.
    After a minute it error: “There was an error when attempting to upload a file to your account.
    FTP ERROR: Unknown error – Probable communication failure or missing path”
    waiting period before this installation will work? I’m really confused.
    have I missed a step between buying the domain and installing WordPress?
