Eror 404 all link after update

    Hi,

    My website in Persian language. after update to 3.3.1 all links erorr 404 notfound. i downgrade to 3.2.1 and all links work agian.

    Hi @cg-team ,

    Thanks for reporting this, and sorry for the trouble. Version 3.3.0 changed how Persian (and other non-Latin) URLs are matched. When a site also has a shorter custom permalink that the URL starts with (for example, a page product/ and a post product/سلام/), the shorter one could be picked, which gave a 404.

    This is fixed in 3.3.2, released today. Please update and check your links.

    If you still see 404s after updating, please share:

    1. One or two links that show the 404 (copied from the address bar)
    2. The custom permalink saved on those posts (from the Custom Permalinks box on the edit screen)
    3. Whether you use WooCommerce, WPML or Polylang
