EOT not changing

    I seem to have an issue with users paying for another year before their EOT and having them expire on their EOT.

    Example.
    User Signs up Mon Dec 2nd, 2013
    Purchases a 1 year membership on Dec 22nd 2013

    On Dec 16th 2014, he purchases a membership for 1 year.
    Then
    Demoted by s2Member: Tue Dec 23, 2014 4:32 am UTC

    The purchase made on December 16th isn’t accounted for.

    Any idea why?

    Was he logged in when he made the new purchase? If not, there’s no way for WordPress or s2Member to know he already has a membership.

    Yes, he most likely was, because I have protected the Purchase buttons behind a
    [s2If is_user_logged_in()] shortcode
