I changed the theme but does not work
You’re welcome. The problem isn’t with the theme, it’s with the plug-in Exam Matrix.
You can either deactivate the plug-in or ask the author to fix it. From what I can tell the plug-in is calling the line above without actually loading bxSlider. Hence you’re getting “undefined is not a function”.
