It looks like you’re using the paid version of WPForms, as entry storage and CSV export are paid features.
If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?
From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.
However in the meanwhile, I would be happy to clarify your question.
Custom fields should be included when exporting entries to CSV. If a couple of fields are missing while the standard fields are exporting correctly, that isn’t the expected behavior and would require a closer look at your specific setup.
