Entry Created date field not mapping correctly

I am trying to use the Entry Created {_vx_created} date to update a corresponding date field in Salesforce. I have the WordPress website set to display the date as mm/dd/yyyy, but when I map the fields, it is inserting the date as dd/mm/yyyy. I don’t see a way to change the plugin date settings – am I missing something or is this not possible? Thanks so much – otherwise everything is fantastic!
