Are you thinking in long term?
Usually the closing time is followed by competition.
I believe that images are removed after competition.
So to review submitted images time is very short.
Why to keep it visible?
It sounds good, unless it puts a lot of burden in the script.
Some clubs copy those images to another folder for posterity.
Is that what you are referring?
Our club and many that I know sends a confirmation of submissions.
Just between closing and competition, so members knows that their submissions are in the list for competition.
Also that report is used by the members for future reference of submitted images in their respective competitions.
Let see what Josie says.
I’ve just started using EntryWizard after moving our club’s site onto WordPress, replacing a home-built php script version – EntryWizard is MUCH better and more robust!
However, in the ‘old’ system members were able to see all their entries (historic) into competitions over the year, and liked this feature. Clearly though there are plenty of workarounds, as ronc suggests. I’m still exploring the possibilities of the new system!
Glad you have joined this community.
Josie has created the best image uploading system.
EW is by far the best.
It’s good to hear that EntryWizard is working for you.
You might try the ewz_followup shortcode It was designed to show all uploaded items from many webforms, plus an additional input field. Without the input field I think it should do pretty much what you are asking for.
Many thanks Josie – the ewz_followup code is perfect for what I wanted to do – I hadn’t found it previously – and the ability to add in judges comments via the ‘show’ field is brilliant.

I have a naive question — how do i use the ewz_followup shortcode? Thanks.
I’m sure Josie will reply – but here is what I used:
[ewz_followup idents=”JUNE” show=”description,caption”]
to show the logged in member’s images from the Webform JUNE, with the description and caption tags that I had uploaded (containing judges comments and placing respectively) from the EWZ rating module using the upload extra per-image data option for the webform
By the way – a description of the use is in the ‘Webforms’ page of the ‘EWZ Help’ option on your Dashboard
