Entries not being sent

    Hi,

    I have installed the Multi Step Plugin in my website but it is not working properly, many of the form fills are not arriving eventhought it is showing the thank you page when submited.

    Please note I have the latest version of the plugin.

    Coudl you please review the issue?

    Hi Elisa,

    this could be a problem with a misconfigured PHP mail() function. We use WordPress’ default wp_mail() function for sending mails. Many website posters have a bad mail configuration so some mails just don’t get send or get filtered out as spam.
    Do you get Emails from other plugins or by WordPress itself?
