I need help with entries and comments RSS. Can someone explain their purpose and how to make them functional please. Thank you.

They are RSS feeds, streams of XML data meant to be interpreted by a feed reader, like https://www.newsblur.com/ or http://www.rssowl.org/

Entries are your posts, and Comments are your comments.

If you see nothing but a bunch of raw code when you open them in your browser, that’s perfectly normal: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Feeds#Feed_Errors_in_Browsers
