Entries Allowed

I am creating a form with a check box as need a lot of different options. Is there anyway of changing the ENTRIES ALLOWED number to filter in with each check box instead in total?

for example we are running football trials for different age groups on different days.

Thursday 5th
U7 – 6.30-7.30
U8 – 6.30-7.30
U9 – 7.30-8.30

Sunday 8th
U7 – 10.30-11.30
U8 – 10.30-11.30
U9 – 11.30-12.30

Thursday 12th
U7 – 6.30-7.30
U8 – 6.30-7.30
U9 – 7.30-8.30

Sunday 15th
U7 – 10.30-11.30
U8 – 10.30-11.30
U9 – 11.30-12.30

some children want to attend all trials but we need to limit how many attend in each age group?
