• After updating the manual enrollment page, when I click “enroll student,” the page is blank, and the content database also shows a blank screen. The WordPress dashboard appears normal, but the rest is not. This occurs in the Tutor Pro 3.9.9 version.

For now, I reverted to the previous version, 3.9.8, and both problems disappeared, but is this only happening to me?

  • Hi,

Tutor LMS and Tutor LMS Pro 3.9.11 are currently the latest available versions, so we recommend updating both the free and Pro plugins to 3.9.11 and testing again on a staging site first.

Since the issue appeared in 3.9.9 and disappeared after rolling back to 3.9.8, it may be related to a version-specific conflict, an incomplete update, or a database/update routine not completing properly.

    Please try the following:

    1. Update both Tutor LMS and Tutor LMS Pro to 3.9.11.
    2. Make sure both plugins are on the same compatible version.
    3. Clear all site, browser, and server cache.
    4. Go to Settings → Permalinks and click Save Changes.
    5. Temporarily disable other plugins and test with only Tutor LMS + Tutor LMS Pro active.
    6. Enable WP_DEBUG_LOG, reproduce the blank page, and check /wp-content/debug.log for the exact error.

If the issue still occurs on 3.9.11, please share the debug log and we’ll review the cause further.
